Instructor’s Creed
As instructors, we make a commitment to help you overcome the challenges you will face on this exciting journey.  The Instructor’s Creed is a philosophy of how we intend to ensure your success.  The rest is up to you.

1.   I will not dismiss an idea, a dream, a person’s self worth, or their confidence
2.   I will accept martial arts as a way of life.  I have the responsibility to find the positive side of everyone and bring it out.
3.   I will teach not only Tang Soo Do motions and techniques, but also the responsibility and purpose of the Art, presenting the whole meaning of Tang Soo Do.
4.   I will not teach the student to fight, but will teach them to be responsible for their actions to use their skills when their life or the lives of the people they love are threatened.
5.   I will encourage all to study the Tang Soo Do and to develop in themselves the positive character that is often hidden.
6.   I will teach students to respect themselves and to be proud of whom they are.
7.   I will teach students the importance of family and family values.
8.   I will teach all students equally without regard to race, color, age, gender or physical and mental challenges.
9.   I will provide a positive environment in which students can learn and grow.
10. I accept the responsibility as a role model for all students and will continue to represent the positive values of Tang Soo Do and be Professional at all times!  "Tang Soo"

Student Creed
As a member of Fort Wayne Tang Soo Do, you have committed yourself to becoming a Black Belt someday.

1) To build true confidence through (Tang Soo Do) with knowledge in the mind, Courage in the heart and Strength in the body.
2) To keep friendship with one another and to build a strong and happy Tang Soo Do Family.
3) To never fight to achieve selfish ends, but to develop might for right within "Tang Soo Do."
