STYLE OF YOGA
is traditional Hatha Yoga-
This style of yoga blends in balance, strength, flexibility and power.  Focus of breathing is fine tuned.  The practices I teach are user friendly for all body types and ages.  This yoga IS  NONSPIRITUAL  and is only to build a physical fitness level for each individual who wants to obtain and maintain good health! This is for men and women!

 
**Age limit at this time is 13 years of age**

 About The Instructor

Jane Fabian is a certified instructor under YOGAFIT.  She has been in Tang Soo Do for 13 years and is a 3rd degree Black Belt and Certified Instructor under the American Tang Soo So Association.
