STYLE OF YOGA is traditional Hatha Yoga-
This style of yoga blends in balance, strength, flexibility and power. Focus of breathing is fine tuned. The practices I teach are user friendly for all body types and ages. This yoga IS NONSPIRITUAL and is only to build a physical fitness level for each individual who wants to obtain and maintain good health! This is for men and women!
